Welcome to Shreeshaa Sisters. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at shreeshaasisters.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

We create small-batch, hand-dyed denim in India. Because every piece is dyed and finished by hand, slight variations in colour, wash and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Custom Pieces

We offer both ready-to-wear pieces and custom denim made to your specifications. Ready stock typically ships within 3–5 days. Custom pieces are made to order and usually take 12-15 days before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to any order. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Returns and Exchanges

At Shreeshaa Sisters, we don't mass produce, hence each piece is made to order especially for you. As a company policy, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds on made to order pieces

All content on this website — including images, text, designs and logos — belongs to Shreeshaa Sisters and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreeshaa Sisters is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
